Blessed to have Matt LaBosco on the podcast today who has over 20 years experience as a personal trainer, corrective movement specialist, bodyworker, teacher, instructor, and performance life coach.
Matt is probably one of the best movement and corrective practitioners I know, because he's been injured more than anyone else I know (lol). In all seriousness, his injuries, setbacks and watching his arm go numb after pressing 315 lbs over his head, forced him to keep asking, "Why?" When no one knew the answer, he kept pressing forward until he was able to figure out the systems and mechanics that answer that question. He brings all of this knowledge on to our show and into his latest book Health to Vitality.
