So, last week I did an episode about exercise and you messaged me via our TYP Facebook page. You quite rightly pointed out that I typically aim those (training-type) episodes more towards beginners. With that in mind, you asked if I could record something for people with a few more miles on the training clock. That is, people who are more advanced. The answer is, f*ck yes and here it is.
