In today's episode, Emily has guest Greg Anderson on. Greg is an ex police officer with about a decade of experience in his field. He is also a former Army Ranger, black belt in Jiu Jitsu, husband, father, business owner, host of Endless EndeavorPodcast and is here today to share his experience and perspective in regards to what is happening currently in our country. When he was a police officer, Greg shared a video on Instagram in which he called out fellow officers for enforcing tyrannical orders against people. He stated that he would not be violating people's constitutional rights and when he refused to take the video down, he was eventually fired. Greg talks about what's happened in his life since then and how his life has changed for the better since he stood up for what he believed was right. They also talk about the qualities that they believe makes a good leader, taking personal responsibility, having humility and discipline and how to challenge yourself in order to be the best version of yourself.
