We tell you not only what we included in our birth plans but more importantly why we made our choices. We hope to bring awareness to the myriad options you have when it comes to bringing your baby earthside! 

Along the way, we share pointers in regard to the format and content of our birth plans, what we changed our minds about, and of course, we can’t leave out the hot topic of newborn interventions.

Although our birth plans were similar, our actual births were wildly different. You will learn about all the options you truly have despite hospital or practitioner protocol or policy, and by the time you finish this rather lengthy episode, we hope you feel inspired and empowered to plan for the birth of dreams, no matter how or where you envision giving birth.
