Evelyn Mendal is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor whose practice is devoted to arming parents with the tools to parent confidently and to raise resilient children. After years of struggling to see desired results when it came to helping kids, Evelyn shifted her focus to coaching parents to younger children. When parents apply Evelyn’s methods, the transformation to the family unit are impressive and, in most scenarios, children do not need to be individually treated. Parenting is not easy. There is no manual, and we are all doing our best to create safe and nurturing environments for our children while working out some of the programming that we ourselves learned as children. When it comes to parenting, Evelyn provides a wealth of knowledge and tools for the parent who is willing to look inwards. Outside of her work as a therapist and coach, Evelyn is a mother of one who has and continues to struggle with infertility.
