Whether it's a job, a relationship, a friendship, we've all been in situations where we know it's time to move on but we just can't seem to pull the trigger. It's hard because we don't know what's next or we're scared to make a mistake, but when you know it's time, it's time. Stop wasting your energy on people and things that don't fill your cup and reinvest that energy into yourself and pursuing the life you desire. Identify and focus on the things that you need to do in order to be the best version of you and know that not everyone or everything is meant to follow you into that next season and it's time to say goodbye.
