On this episode, Linda and Dana talk so Ken Pozek about how he generated $20M in business in 2020 from his YouTube channel.  Ken started out in real estate right out of high school in 2003 flipping houses and working as an appraiser in Detroit, and in 2008 he got into selling homes.  In 2016, he and his wife decided to buy a second home in Florida, and then they decided to actually move to Florida.  They relocated and he has been running teams in Detroit and Orlando ever since, and last year they did $74M in volume over 190 units.  $20M of that volume came from his YouTube channel that has jut over 6,000 subscribers, where he posts luxury home tours, Disney content and reasons to move to Orlando.  Ken shares how he used Google to find things people were searching for so he could tailor his content towards those topics, and how he paid attention to which videos did the best so he could figure out three specific types of videos to focus on.  He also discusses how important it is to get started and then STAY consistent if you want to grow an audience.
