210. 4 Signs You Need a Life Reset

Have you ever noticed how your phone or computer slows down when it’s been running for too long? Eventually, you get that “restart required” alert, and everything works better once you do a reboot. It’s almost become a joke–if something isn’t working properly, we just turn it off and turn it back on again. But that simple restart usually does the trick. A reset brings things back into alignment–and not just with technology, but in your life.

A life reset is one of the most powerful ways to realign your life when you feel off balance. Whether it’s a daily reset achieved through rest, or a deeper life change after you’ve been running on autopilot for too long, realigning will help you restore your peace, focus, and overall well-being.

In this episode, we’ll explore the signs that indicate it's time to pause and do a life reset, as well as what the actual process looks like. I’ll guide you through questions to help you discover where things may be lacking or disconnected in your life, and how to close the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
