When do you know it's the right time to change companies?

I know this can be a very difficult and often delicate topic. So much of the time, when we're leaving companies, it becomes a very personal thing, and we discover people want to attack us.

First of all, please know that it is OK if you want to work with a different company, especially when you decide there’s a product or business model more aligned with your passion or mission.

What is important is that when you do make the decision to move to a different company, you do so with integrity and dignity
