Most of you know my thoughts about the importance of understanding how other people think and having a level of social awareness and interpersonal insight bigger than us. So, l decided to record a casual, non-jargony tutorial on how we might improve that particular skill and make ourselves more informed, effective, inspiring and aware, in the middle of all kinds of human interactions.
