When people ask me what I do for a job, I often say “I help people change”, which I know is a very broad and vague answer, but it’s also pretty true. People ask me “change what?” and I say everything from choices, actions, behaviours, outcomes, career, lifestyle, mindset, health and even, identity. But how helpful am I, how effective am I as a coach, speaker and writer, and behind the razzle-dazzle of personal development and motivational hyperbole, what is our actual capacity for lasting transformation? This was a fun chat with Bobby and Tiff. Enjoy.
