In this episode our speaker is caught in a thought - pain loop.
Pain rooted in anger, manifested in the past.
This pain  prevented him from doing a sport that he loved; Javelin throwing was "like punching the air" it helped him release the anger.

Ironically the arrival of his pain meant he could no longer release anger through activity, so it was suppressed causing him to go on a long healing journey.
Today he still feels pain in his knees.

This conversation is about the power of the mind.
