In today's episode, Emily sits down with her good friend and fellow Alphalete athlete Britt Shaheen. Britt is a digital creator, Ghost sponsored athlete and Influencer Manager, YouTuber and dog mom. Britt shares how creating her online community has been her favorite part of sharing her life online. The two ladies also discuss that the hardest part of social media is it can be difficult to always be “on” and how important it is to take breaks. Britt also explains that sharing her life online can have safety concerns and discusses how she learned this the hard way.
