There will be different things in your life that will help you become self aware. Sometimes it can be very difficult because you are becoming aware to areas in your life that keeping you from changing your life. Sometimes these things are trying to keep you in your past and hold you back from moving forward. Listen to podcasts and take notes, read books and apply those things you’re reading to your real life, seek out counseling or get a coach or mentor. Whatever you choose, taking action is key. You also need a strategic plan. You cannot go around aimlessly in life and expect to get to where you want to be. You must be specific and have targets you aim to hit daily, weekly and monthly. Lastly, you need accountability beyond yourself. Nobody can do the work for you and having accountability will help you reach your goals so much faster. Talk with a friend, a coach or mentor who will be that accountability partner for you.
