Imagine waking up every day, knowing exactly what you need to do to propel your business forward.
It might sound too good to be true, but it’s totally achievable and today I’m breaking down the simple steps you can take to make it happen.
But before you can get started with planning, you need a reliable and consistent way to sell your offers. I spoke about this in a recent episode, but to put it simply: you need to be able to predict your conversion rate with a high degree of accuracy.
For example, if you can confidently say that putting 100 people through your sales process yields 10 sales, you’re already in a good place. Your next step? Simply find ways to increase that number of prospects. There are lots of ways to do that, but the right approach is usually a mix of paid ads, social media, and borrowed audiences.
Once you've identified how you’re going to build your audience, it's time to break your plan down into manageable, scheduled tasks. I set aside 40 minutes each morning for daily tasks, about two hours each Friday for weekly tasks, and two days each month for the bigger planning work.
Once these tasks are outlined, they’re easily manageable and allow you to focus on scaling your business without feeling torn between commitments.
