It is critical that you understand the differences between each so you can more effectively lead and motivate your people. If you can identify what personality type a prospect is while you are presenting to them, it will also help you in being able to recruit more people into your business. The 4 personality types we discuss in the training are: sharks, whales, dolphins and urchins. I go over in detail what each are, and the specific traits that each possess. Most people have aspects of many of these, but one that is predominant. I also give you some tips on how to communicate with each personality type to help you be able to influence them and become a better leader.
