I don't know about you, but I really believed that God took me through hard seasons to test me and make me stronger. This belief isn't biblical! It's also a tactic from the enemy to make you question God's goodness and love for us. This is a tactic Satan uses because he doesn't want you to see his tricks! If Satan can get you to think the storm you're going through is from God, he can weaken your desire to fight it, decrease your faith in God, and ultimately separate you from God.
