Ryan is an awesome dude! He's a dad, an ultrarunner, a radio show host, a father of three, and the creator of the often hilarious and always awesome Adventure Jogger Podcast!

In this episode we dive into Ryan's journey into ultrarunning and podcasting as we explore what makes this sport so special to us and what it is about our fellow runners that is so inspiring and fascinating to us. We also discuss burnout, rediscovering the fun of trail running, and why in the world he would create the White Claw Mile!
