Meet Our Guest- Judy Pagryzinski 

With two degrees in music and education pedagogy, Judy brings both rhythm and intention, with science-backed structure to everything she teaches. She’s spent over 13 years in the group fitness space—nearly 10 of those specializing in Lagree + Modern Pilates—mentoring instructors and leading classes on both the West Coast and Midwest.

Judy is the owner of Core (LP) Fitness in Berkley—and soon to be in Rochester Hills, Summer 2025.

A runner, football fanatic, wellness lover, and total IPA girlie, Judy’s mission is to make boutique fitness feel friendly, inclusive, and results-driven. She’s an expert at making equipment-based classes approachable, helping clients build confidence and real, lasting strength.

Judy believes real progress comes from consistency, smart programming, and a whole lot of good tunes. Like a vinyl record—or (LP)—she sees fitness as a long play, and real results start here.
