Please welcome Sarah Budzyn, a Transcend HRT wellness specialist and NPC competitor, and Sarah Forsythe, a naturopathic medical student, Nationally Qualified Bikini Competitor and both ladies are joining us via zoom from Michigan. The Sarah’s as we call them now, became instant friends at the retreat. They connected almost immediately not only because they share the same name, live in the same state (only miles apart) and have birthdays one week apart, but because they were in the same place, at the same time, desiring the same thing, to evolve. The two ladies share with us what led them to go to the retreat, what they expected from their time in Houston, and their overall experience during and after the retreat.
