This mass exodus is being called 'The Great Resignation' or 'The Big Quit.'

More people than ever before are questioning their jobs and careers and asking themselves if they're really happy doing what they're doing and what would make them happier.

The pandemic was a really horrible experience, but it compelled us to re-evaluate our work-life priorities and identify what's most important to us all.

According to a recent Forbes article, the throngs of people leaving their jobs want:

—> A bigger salary

—> More career opportunities

—> A feeling of value from their leaders

—> Better relationships with their colleagues

—> The ability to continue working remotely

They also want to do work that MATTERS.

Wouldn't it be awesome if something like that actually existed? OH WAIT….

The networking marketing business offers these opportunities, and so that's why RIGHT NOW is the greatest time in history for our profession.
