In today's solo episode, Emily is asking what does your heart desire? She posed this question to her Instagram followers and received so many amazing responses. She followed up with what do you think is holding you back from having that? Emily wants to help guide you on how to process through these types of questions and how you can gain clarity on them. She said a lot of the responses were people desiring peace in their lives. She explains you have to identify what it is that's disturbing your peace in the first place. Maybe for you it's the news, or social media. The solution can be as simple as turning off the TV, cutting back on social media or even unfollowing a specific person that disturbs your peace. It comes down to making changes and creating healthy boundaries for yourself. Maybe what your heart desires is something that seems more difficult to grasp or it's so far away that it doesn't seem possible. Whatever your heart's desires are, you have to make it a priority. You have to know that it is possible but that it comes down to you choosing to take action every day in order to get there. If you want to make more money, get healthy, move to another city, start a business, get married and build a family, you can absolutely have those things. It is going to require you to have an abundance mindset and the discipline to continue to push through the hard times.
