Catherine is an astounding athlete who has turned a collegiate swimming career into a passion for open water marathon swimming!

We chat all about what it takes for open water marathon swimmers to complete these huge swims, the lessons she has learned along the way, what it was like to complete an epic adventure with the Iron Cowboy James Lawrence, how she handles intimidation and big challenges, and we compare these events to ultramarathons.
