In this episode adventurer and pro-skier Cody Townsend shares stories and adventures from "The Fifty" project, in which he mountaineers and skis the "Fifty Classic Ski Descents in North America". He also tells us what it was like to take on his very first 50K trail run which was the brutal Broken Arrow Skyrace with 10,000ft elevation gain over 31 miles!!

We talk all about his ambitious expedition on Mt. St. Elias along with his journey into dadhood and how trail running a 50k is similar but ultimately way different than a long sufferfest in the wilderness mountaineering and skiing.
