"Placing the blame or judgment on someone else leaves you powerless to change your experience; taking responsibility for your beliefs and judgments gives you the power to change them" ― Byron Katie
I have a fascination with understanding why people do what they do and how one person can 'succeed' when another remains 'stuck.'
Today's podcast guest is someone who inspires me. An everyday woman who took a leap of faith packed her bags and moved to the US from Japan to go to college.
Since then she has become a Veterinarian Technician and now owns an international business that bridges the gap in the Industry supporting Japanese Veterinarians.
During this episode Yukari and I talk about:
* Her experience coming to the US alone, without understanding much English at the time.
* How her skills of resiliency have continued to help her through life, marriage, and motherhood.
* The Work of Byron Katie (www.thework.com) and how that has drastically helped Yukari create emotional freedom.
