In this episode, I’m sharing 3 strategies to help you plan for a sustainable and profitable year to come. These strategies are all things that I do in my own business and teach all my clients to do and it’s an approach that will really help you remove the noise.
I talk you through how to create a sales plan for 2023 and I share two different recommendations for this depending on your income level. I also talk about how to map out your sales system, which is the specific process you’re going to use to bring clients in. It’s about getting crystal clear on how you will generate clients from the awareness stage all the way through to sale.
I also talk about considering where you might need to upskill and where you want to focus your energy. It’s easy to get shiny object syndrome, especially during the festive season with so much going on so it’s important to keep focused on your unique business and understand what it is that you need.
