In this week's episode of Isn't She Powerful, I share with you the 3 main habits (plus a bonus 4th habit) that completely skyrocketed my weight loss and my overall healing during my health journey plus the one thing they all had in common that kept me anchored to my goals.
I teach you the mindset hacks I used to overcome my all or nothing mindset and how I stopped looking at exercising and eating well as a 'means to an end'.
"I am very much a perfectionist, and I very much had an all or nothing mindset. I would try to eat healthy but when I “messed up” on Wednesday I would just think well this week is ruined so I’ll start again on Monday. I would start going to the gym and again, when I missed a day, I would think well that’s okay because I’m busy the next few days anyway and I am going on vacation next week so I’ll just start again at the beginning of next month. And that cycle continued, and that lack of consistency is what kept me from achieving my weight loss goals for a really long time."
