Both Deepa Kannan and Shyam Nair are married for the second time. This time, they have created a dynamic relationship which is rooted in honesty and frankness. They discuss gender based roles and egalitarian attitudes, in Indian society and in their marriage. They also give their best tips for honesty and openness.

Drawing on careers as a yoga therapist and functional nutritionist, Deepa Kannan practices functional medicine with clients around the world. Inspired by her son with a rare adrenal condition, she is an internationally known expert on the stress response, sleep, women’s health, detoxification, skin health and adrenal function. 

Shyam Prasad Nair has over twenty five years of marketing and advertising experience. He is also a Yoga Expert, Organic Farmer, Wellness Consultant, and a Kundalini Yoga Expert who lived in the Himalayan caves while learning the secrets of magical ancient practices under his guru.
