How do I get myself back into alignment when I feel off?
Today's episode is about taking control, not of the everything around you, but your own emotions and energy. You have to put effort and energy into how you want to feel, and that is the most unselfish thing you can do.
Today I share a little bit about my own journey and how I used to handle stressful situations by controlling the things around me.
As soon as I discovered how to let go of control and started nurturing myself, I started approaching my relationships from a place of ease and love, and my circumstances became easier.
There will always be days when I feel off because this is life, but I still feel in control because I know what I need to do. Tomorrow is always a new day, and I know I can use the time and energy management techniques that I teach to get myself back to where I need to be.
