This is one of the most important things for you to understand when you start your journey with Human Design or any other self-development - the external clues are a manifestation of what's happening internally, and this is how you can track progress.

Your internal reality is creating your external reality, and as you start growing, changing and evolving, you will notice a shift in the types of circumstances, people and relationships you call into your life.
