Hello Evolve family! Jess here :) In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Emily to spill all the tea! I’ve worked for Emily for close to a year and a half and my time as Emily’s assistant has come to an end. So today I wanted to share with you all my personal growth journey, some of the things that I have incorporated in my life in order to see the changes I really desired for myself and ways that working on this show have helped me.
