Transitioning from wife or partner to single mother is not easy. The pain from a loss of a relationship is never an easy time. There will be days when you feel you can't handle it alone. I want to assure you, first and foremost, that you can do this! Be proactive during this time. The beginning is always the hardest, but you can take it one step at a time, and soon you will find out what works for you and what doesn't.
