Seamus Fox is an entrepreneur and founder of Mindset Junkie Academy and Podcast, where he teaches self development and performance through behavioural change.

Seamus came to behavioural change from working as a personal trainer with people from all walks of life – from losing excess weight all the way to pro international footballers and boxers.

He was fascinated with the way disciplined athletes could take action on instruction without hesitations and wonder why this was not true for most people.

Seamus’ study has taken him to the realisation that obstacles to change are not about knowledge, they’re about subconscious thinking patterns laid down in childhood that we barely notice, resulting in: low confidence, poor self-images and attitudes to money.

Helping others to uncover those blocks and move past them is Seamus’ life mission.
