In this episode, I’ve had the privilege to sit down and have a conversation with Robert Kiyosaki, best-selling author-entrepreneur of the global phenomenon, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.” He shared so many valuable lessons, and something that deeply resonated with me is when he said, “There is something inside every one of us that passion fires off. And when you find that, that’s when your spirit comes alive.” His mentor Buckminster Fuller posed the question that transformed his perspective from self-focus to purpose-focus: “What does God want done?” The wisdom here isn’t about finding work you enjoy, it's about standing at the edge of a coin and seeing both sides rather than taking one position.
