The decision to separate usually results after weeks, months, or even years of contemplation. In this episode, I share ten things I highly recommend you do before separating or divorcing, if possible.

Getting a divorce or separation is a tremendous amount to handle legally, financially, socially, and emotionally. It's something you take on when you've tried working it out and are certain there are no other viable options. So it's crucial you do what you can to make this transition as easy as possible for yourself and your children.
