Sometimes you walk away from a conversation thinking "that seemed really toxic". This recently happened to me, I'll share key elements of the conversation and observations about the dynamics. Perhaps some points will sound familiar and you'll recognise them. Maybe this woman will seem hinged to you, or will tick the red flags of a narcissist. Maybe you'll conclude that her husband is creating problems. Or that he is a victim of bullying, or domestic abuse.

In all cases, I'm happy I'm not him.
