Learning To Fall In Love With The Process "My mission is to help people operate out of a place of self-love instead of self-hate because once you operate from a place of love and self-worth, you will like the way you feel when you eat real food, move it in a way that feels good, treat your body kindly, and you're not doing any of it for the results anymore. The results take a back seat for a minute so that you can learn to fall in love with the process. You do the process because you actually love yourself and you deserve to feel good and feel healthy. Once you flip that switch, you will see the results because you are living a healthy lifestyle that consistently operates from a place of self-love." - Drew Manning The Emotional Journey To Physical Transformation "There's really no better way to take care of yourself than to take care of your physical health but you could do any program, diet, or take any supplement out there. That's not what's going to fix what's going on the inside emotionally, right? I will give you those tools to make physical change happen but the biggest thing that has to happen is that mindset shift. That's where people don't really understand or know how to do that because they look at physical transformation as just physical. And, yes, if you break it down, yes, you eat fewer calories, you work out, and that changes your body but it's so much more of an emotional journey for people and that's what derails them because when doing the process gets too hard then they won't see taking care of their health really worth it. Making that shift in perception is really key so that they don't see living a healthy lifestyle as a punishment or a chore to get results and be happy." - Drew Manning What True Health Success Looks Like "The biggest thing that I'm trying to do is shift people's perception of what success looks like in the health and fitness industry because we've been programmed to think that success is this body of an Instagram model or this athlete or that celebrity. It's this focus of getting lean, skinny, and 5% body fat; and that once you get there, once you get that body, then all of your problems will go away and you'll be happy. But if you're not fulfilled on the inside first and foremost, I promise you that once you get the body, you're still going to be missing something." - Drew Manning
