Wellness wanderer, yoga teacher and founder of Soul Sanctuary Cat Meffan joins Caggie this week for a conversation around free-movement, self love, sexuality, sobriety and balance. As an ex-gymnast and dancer, Cat discovered yoga when recovering from an injury and found that movement helped her heal her relationship with her body and fall back in love with it.
