It’s fair to say that Don Wood (PhD.) could be considered (by some) to be something of a disruptor when it comes to the understanding, management and treatment of, things like intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic attacks, addiction and even some chronic illnesses such as, auto-immune disorders, thyroid problems, cardiac and gastrointestinal diseases, and even, cancer. I honestly didn’t know what to expect going in to this conversation but at the risk of sounding like a ‘promo’, I really enjoyed it.
