Ashley holds a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. She has been working with Bret Contreras since 2019 learning his methodology with an emphasis on program design. 

Currently, Ashley is an online fitness coach, business owner, Glute Lab Official Online Coach, and Booty by Bret Coach. She brings 10+ years of coaching experience working with over 400+ women worldwide.

 

Ashley's approach to coaching is to help women improve their relationship with food, fitness, and their body by sharing evidence-based research and teaching them how to make long-term sustainable changes.
