Healing is not for the faint of heart, nor is it all "love + light." As we heal, we will be asked to revisit shame, guilt, and frustration. However, you also open the portal to passion, power and creativity. We cannot have one without the other. Healing does not ask us to reject the darker parts of us but invites us to integrate them, dance with them and become whole.
