Imagine a Pharmacist who actively discourages people away from the chemical highway and towards a path of something far less synthetic and pill-shaped. A Bloke who spent years learning and training, only to discover that the ‘job’ didn’t resonate with his heart, connect with his soul or align with his inner guidance system. Well, Niraj Naik is that bloke. From pills, powders and prescriptions, to meditation, retreats, breath work, natural healing and music therapy, it’s been quite the journey. Niraj does this crazy demonstration mid conversation and while sitting totally still, he self-regulated his heart rate from about 65 up to 120 and then down to 55, all in about forty seconds (with a finger pulse oximeter on, that I could see).
