“It's peaceful confidence and peaceful confidence to me is the ultimate for a woman.”

“She's the woman who walks in a room and does not need to be loud and boisterous and declare her space.It is simply from the inside out.”

“These are my five pillars. The first is embodiment, the pursuit of your truth, your integrity, I believe the second one is relationships, the third being wellness.

“The 4th being your business or what it is you do out in the world and the fifth thing being spirituality.”

“Every single day, I'm going to intentionally do something to grow them, to foster them, to nourish them, to flourish them.”

[40:00] Imposter Syndrome

“I actually welcome things like that, because that tells me I've stretched into something and I am Uber uncomfortable. I am in territory that I've never been in before. So I better shape up and figure out the skills and learn the lessons.”

“I stand a little straighter. People feel imposter and what do they do? They shrink. I would challenge anybody listening. If you're feeling imposter syndrome, walk towards it, that means you're doing something new.”
