I'm sharing this for anyone who feels like they're going through a period of isolation and they're having a hard time relating to what used to be familiar.

When you start your period of isolation it's one of the most confusing and painful things you'll ever go through. But in hindsight you'll realize why it was necessary and how much you've grown and changed in that period.
