“Fear is not an option because when fear is no longer an option and you tell yourself that you're going to look for other viable other options.”

“When you see life as things that happen to you, rather than through you, you're going to live a very different life..”

“Fear is one of the emotions that we have, so it will always be there. What changes is its intensity, and the duration.”

“You can also transform it and it can no longer be a fear.”

“There's healthy fear, there's real fear, and there's a logical fear”

“Understand that life is going to happen to all of us.”

“We all go through hard times, but it's through that darkness.. That you have an understanding of what light is”
