Insecurity is not just a woman problem…men suffer from insecurities, too. Heck, it’s safe to say that ALL humans suffer from some kind of insecurity! This is not something to be ashamed of; it’s a fact of life but it hinders how we act with each other. Add in our awful communication skills and we have the belief that being insecure is something to be ashamed of.

This vicious belief cycle is why we put masks on ourselves to hide the insecurities that plague us. These masks don’t allow others to know the real person and we’re actually cheating ourselves by not presenting our authentic self to the world.
