Almost every time that someone comes to me looking for help with their binge eating, they tell me, ‘They've tried everything’. And in the end, the problem has only gotten worse

After working with many clients and digging into it, I’ve teased out what I feel are the top five things that almost everyone who struggles with binge eating has tried at some point.
