Lenny Macrina has been a practicing physical therapist for 12+ years and currently serves as the Co-Founder and Director of PT for Champion PT and Performance in Waltham, MA. he is a board certified sports physical therapist by the American Physical Therapy Association and a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Along with maintaining a full clinic schedule, he actively participates in clinical research with the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, AL and has co-authored various current concept papers, book chapters, and research papers. In this episode he talks direct access, rehab concepts with overhead athletes, ACL, post-op, and cash-based PT.
