In this episode of HYDRATE, Dr. Will Cole and I talk about all things skin, from causes of inflammation, to meditation, to intermittent fasting.

Dr. Will Cole started one of the first functional medicine telehealth centers in the world. He sees patients every day, 11 hours a day, with skin problems, inflammation, digestive problems, and more.
