How can breaking free from isolation that betrayal can create, to connectiion help us heal?

Brene Brown says, "I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued when they can give and receive without judgment and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship." 

We personally recognize that isolation is such a lonely place to be. One of the benefits of coming out of isolation into connection is that it really helps to combat the loneliness that you feel and to validate your experience and your feelings. 

We have experienced healing and validation from sharing our story with others who can personally and deeply relate to you.
